Prohibited activities
You may not use LynxTrac for unlawful purposes, including but not limited to:
- Hacking, intrusion, denial-of-service attacks, malware distribution, or unauthorized access
- Activities that infringe on others' rights — privacy, intellectual property, data protection
- Reverse-engineering, decompiling, modifying, or tampering with our platform's code or infrastructure
- Sharing login credentials with unauthorized individuals or violating single-license restrictions
- Excessive requests, spam, or resource-hogging usage (e.g., monitoring excessive devices on free accounts)
- Any use that degrades service quality for other users
Security expectations & compliance
- Keep login credentials secure and do not share them with others.
- Ensure connections to monitored devices use secure and up-to-date software, including secure SSH and robust passwords.
- Follow all applicable laws and regulations when monitoring servers — including obtaining proper authorization from system owners.
- You agree that we may audit usage patterns to detect abuse or security violations.
Enforcement & consequences
Violations may result in immediate suspension or termination of your account without refund. We may delete or block access to data and devices associated with violating activity.
