Applicability
This policy applies to all users purchasing paid subscription plans from LynxTrac, operated by Pixbots Private Limited.
Free trial / free plan
Refunds do not apply to free plan or trial users since no payment is involved. If you upgrade from free to paid, your upgrade may qualify for refunds when canceled before the end of the billing cycle, subject to the eligibility terms below.
Refund eligibility
Refunds are available only if you cancel your subscription within 14 days of subscription start or renewal, and service usage is minimal (e.g., 1–2 devices monitored with limited data ingestion).
Beyond 14 days or with substantial usage, fees are non-refundable. For prepaid multi-month or annual plans, pro-rated refunds for unused portions may be considered within the 14-day window with minimal usage; otherwise amounts are non-refundable.
How to request a refund
Email contact@lynxtrac.com with your account email, subscription type, purchase date, and reason for the refund. We'll respond within 5 business days regarding acceptance or rejection.
Refund processing
Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method or as account credit at our discretion. Processing can take up to 30 calendar days. Payment processor or bank charges may be deducted.
Non-refundable situations
- The 14-day window has expired
- Substantial service was used
- Add-on services or delivered one-time services were purchased
- A refund is requested post-termination
- Refund pertains to free plan usage
Policy modifications
We may modify this policy at any time. Changes apply to future purchases only.
