These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of LynxTrac, a product of Pixbots Private Limited ("we", "us"). By creating an account or using the service, you agree to these Terms.
1. Definitions
Account — a registered LynxTrac identity. User — the person or entity controlling an Account. Device — any endpoint registered to your Account. Data — information you provide or generate via the service. Paid / Free Plans — subscription tiers described on the pricing page. Inactivity — 30 consecutive days without login.
2. Eligibility
You must be 18+ or an authorized representative of an organization. Businesses must ensure that the person accepting these Terms is duly authorized.
3. Account registration
You agree to provide accurate information, keep credentials confidential, report unauthorized access promptly, and accept responsibility for activity conducted under your Account.
4. License & access rights
We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use LynxTrac for internal business use. You may not copy, modify, reverse-engineer, bypass security controls, or use the service for illegal activities.
5. Subscription plans & payment
Fees are non-refundable except where legally required (see Refund Policy). Non-payment may result in account suspension. You are responsible for applicable taxes and duties.
6. Service level & availability
The service is provided on a best-effort basis. We are not liable for losses resulting from service interruptions. Enterprise customers may have separate SLAs.
7. Customer data & privacy
You retain ownership of your data. You grant us the rights necessary to operate the service. Technical protections are applied but absolute security cannot be guaranteed. See the Privacy Policy.
8. Data retention, account inactivity & device cleanup
- Inactivity = 30 consecutive days without login.
- Devices are deactivated upon inactivity.
- 7-day notice is sent before permanent deletion.
- Permanent deletion occurs after 37 days total inactivity.
- Active Paid Plans retain data regardless of activity.
- Plan-specific retention limits apply.
9. Acceptable use
Prohibited activities include illegal use, malicious content distribution, service interference, privacy violations, and unauthorized security testing. See the Acceptable Use, Security & Compliance policy.
10. Intellectual property
All platform intellectual property — including software, designs, and trademarks — belongs to Pixbots Private Limited. Only express rights granted in these Terms apply.
11. Third-party integrations
We are not responsible for third-party service reliability or behavior. Third-party services are governed by their own terms.
12. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify us for claims arising from your misuse, violations of these Terms, or infringement of rights.
13. Disclaimer of warranties
The platform is provided "as is" and "as available" with no warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.
14. Limitation of liability
We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages. Our total liability is capped at fees paid in the preceding 3 months.
15. Termination
We may immediately suspend or terminate accounts for violations. You may terminate subscriptions at any time.
16. Governing law & dispute resolution
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Disputes are resolved in Indian courts exclusively.
17. Changes to these Terms
Updates take effect upon posting. Continued use constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
